In 1985, Jon Brockwell Sr. founded Brockwell Capital in Ft Lauderdale specializing in Asset Based Loans from Palm Beach to Miami. His team developed a sustainable investment platform that has been carried forward by his family and their partners today.

Jon serves as Principal at Brockwell Capital Group with a primary focus on residential "Asset Based" loans. Jon started his career in 2016 with Brockwell Capital in Ft. Lauderdale as an Associate where his team funded and serviced in excess of 80M annually. In 2019, Jon was promoted to Principle and led the expansion into the Charlotte market. Jon and his team have originated approximately $4 Million of asset-based loans in 4Q21 in Charlotte with another $5 Million already in the pipeline for 1Q22.
Will serves Brockwell Capital Group with a primary focus on commercial “Asset Based” Loans. Prior to Brockwell Capital Group, Will has successfully repositioned more than 750,000 square feet of value-add real estate, and negotiated and capitalized commercial transactions in excess of $800 million in the Carolinas. His team managed over $100 million of construction management projects for their commercial assets. In addition, Will was a founding principal of Riverpoint Partners, a commercial investment and development firm with offices in Raleigh, NC and Denver, CO where their team developed a 203-unit multifamily project in Jefferson Park, approximately six blocks from Sports Authority Stadium in Denver.
